All orders with Umart must be completed via our website and you will receive an email to notify you when your order is ready to be collected, or when your item has been dispatched with the relevant tracking details. You can view the status of your order at any time by checking the order history of your account on our website or by clicking here.
If the order you are chasing is listed on our website, your order has been received but the physical items have not yet been allocated to your order. There are a few reasons your order might be delayed on this step.
23 August - Important Information for Hotmail Users: We have recently become aware that some Hotmail users are not receiving an email notification when their order is 'Ready to Collect'. It appears these emails are being sent to a users' Spam/Junk Folder. Our team are actively working on a solution to resolve this. In the interim, if you are waiting for your 'Ready to Collect' email, we suggest checking your Spam/Junk folder or alternatively, you can check the status of your order on our website when logged in to your account. If you have any questions about this, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Payment via BPAY or Direct Deposit
For orders where BPay or Direct Deposit is the payment method, your items have been reserved but won't be made ready until the payment has cleared. This can take up to two business days.
Cannot locate your order
If your order is not listed on the pending orders page please check the completed orders section.
Unfortunately, if your order is showing as cancelled here there may have been a problem during the checkout of your order and our system has automatically cancelled the order. Please try placing the order again and double-check the payment method details or try another method.
After checking and none of these applies to your order and it has been processing for over 3 hours during our operating times please check your email as there might have been an issue that needs your attention or contact us by replying to your confirmation email so we can check into any issues causing a delay.
