Yes! We currently offer desktop diagnosis/repair services. This service includes a complete diagnosis of the system and a recommendation of parts from Umart to accommodate the repair. This service also covers the installation of any new parts.
We can service your computer for you if all of the components in your system are from Umart. We may still be able to service your machine If your system has minor modifications with parts from other retailers, as long as you remove the components before booking it in.
Our service fee is $149. However, our service fee is $99 if our team assembled your computer in the past. This fee covers all diagnostic, labour and testing costs. If we need to replace any items, we will contact you first and let you know to discuss your options. Usually, it takes between 3-5 days to complete all our diagnostic tests but can be longer in some instances.

Before booking in your system, please disable your login password, or let our team members know your password when booking the computer in for its service.
During the repair process, some or all of your stored data may be lost. Please ensure that you have saved this data elsewhere before repair. While we try our best to keep data intact, some circumstances require us to wipe or replace storage, resulting in data loss. Umart is not liable for any loss of data caused by our attempts to repair. It is your responsibility to back up any important data.
Unfortunately, we are not able to service any laptops. We cannot service some branded prebuilt computers with proprietary connectors such as some HP, Dell or Lenovo systems. The staff at the store will be able to advise you if you are unsure.
