If you have recently submitted an order, you may be able to make changes to it although there are certain limitations when modifying your existing order.
We are unable to modify items on orders where the payment was made via PayPal or for orders that have already been collected or have been dispatched.

Modifying Delivery Orders
For customers who nominated for their item to be delivered and would now like to collect it (or vice versa), please know that while we will do everything we can to accommodate your request, this may not be possible and request you contact us as soon as possible if you would like our team to update this. We cannot guarantee we will be able to complete all requests where the order has been nominated as a delivery.
For orders paid via PayPal, unfortunately, the order needs to be cancelled. The reason for this is minimise any chance of fraud or chargebacks by PayPal due to receiving items that may be different from your original invoice. Once cancelled, we will process any refund amount owing and you are able to place a new order.
For orders that have already been dispatched, you can either wait for the delivery to occur and request for the item to be sent back to Umart or alternatively, you can submit a new order and return any item you no longer want under our Change of Mind process. Please keep in mind that not all items can be returned in this manner and are subject to our criteria.
For orders that have already been collected, a new order would need to be created and this can be done via our website.
