The Nvidia 30 Series & AMD 6000 Series have been some of the most popular releases in some time. There has been a lot of hype and it has driven significant demand at a time where the supply chain is already experiencing delays. After more than 20 years in business, we have formed strong relationships with all of our suppliers and normally we would work with them to secure sufficient stock to meet demand. Unfortunately, there is nothing normal about the challenges we are now faced with.
We are working with our suppliers to ensure our orders are fulfilled, however, all retailers are attempting to do the same. To ensure this remains fair, our suppliers divide the available stock equally amongst all retailers. This means that while we do receive consistent deliveries of stock, the quantity is irregular and providing an ETA becomes impossible.
We understand how eager everyone is to receive their order so we have worked with our suppliers to share as much information as possible. This list will continue to be updated when there is information available.
When can I pick up my card?
For all preorders, orders will go into a queue and you will be notified when your order is ready to collect. Due to significant demand and limited supply around the world, we are expecting there will be long wait times. Keep checking this article for more up-to-date information from our suppliers.
Can you tell me what position I am in the queue?
Unfortunately, our Customer Service Team does not have access to this information. Once payment has been received, you are automatically assigned the next position in the queue. You will hold this position until your order is filled or you choose to modify or cancel your order.
What if I choose to cancel my preorder?
If you decide to cancel your order, our team will be able to assist you in processing a full refund. Keep in mind that should you change your mind and decide to re-order, you will be placed at the back of the queue.
I have already preordered one type of card. Can I change to a different type and retain my position in the queue?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. As every card has a different queue, there is no way to fairly put you ahead of another order.
Will you get a particular model of this card?
As our stock keeps changing, we recommend keeping an eye on our website for any new listings. This is updated by our staff as soon as we have an update.
Why can I not preorder via BPAY or Direct Deposit?
To limit any chance of bots or scalpers, orders must be paid in full before they can be preordered.
Why did your website say a particular card was in stock?
When we receive goods from our supplier, these need to be stocked into our system before we can manually stock them out to the relevant order. This may mean that a product is incorrectly displayed as in stock. For the most up-to-date information, refer to this article.
While every effort will be made to ensure this list remains accurate, all information is subject to change with little or no notice from our suppliers.
We will update this article when we get additional information from a particular supplier.
Information is correct as of 10:00 am 10/03/2021.
Please note: Any model not listed means there are currently no queues for it and any stock we receive will be made available for purchase on our website. Any ETA we have will also be listed on the product page. We suggest putting your email address down to be notified when a particular product comes in stock.
We have been advised by almost all Graphics Cards Vendors to expect further severe shortages heading into Q2 2021. Furthermore, we have been advised that due to ‘higher than average’ chip quality for the RTX 3000 range, the production of lower-end models within a category (RTX 3060, RTX 3070, etc) is extremely limited as the largest percentage of chips are going into higher performing models.
