Our Milton Store has reopened today. Any orders waiting at Mansfield for Milton will be transferred across to Milton. You'll receive a second Ready to Collect email when your order is ready.
We'd like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding over the last couple of weeks and we can't wait to see you all again soon!

After a lot of work by our staff and an army of incredible volunteers (thank you!), we are planning to reopen at Milton on Monday 14 March. Any changes to this will be posted here.
Any items that were ordered for Milton and are currently at Mansfield will be transferred to Milton on Monday morning. Customers with orders that get transferred to Milton, will receive a second 'Ready to Collect' email when their order arrives at Milton.
We will continue to keep you updated on our website. Please check back for further updates when we have them available.

Like most of South East Queensland, we too have experienced heavy rain and flooding at some of our stores.
Unfortunately, our Milton Store has been hit hardest and has been flooded. We do not know when this will improve. We managed to gain access to the store on Wednesday 2 March to get an idea of the damage and begin cleaning up, however, with rain and flood warnings in place from Thursday 3 March until at least Sunday 6 March, we are unable to commence work to restore the store. We are keen to reopen as soon as possible, but can only do so when it's safe for all our staff and customers.

Australia Post has advised us of all the suburbs they are currently experiencing delays in delivering to. While we will do everything we can to get this dispatched as quickly as possible, there will be delays in delivery. For the time being, we encourage Click & Collect where possible:

Frequently Asked Questions
What do I do if I need to collect an order from Milton?
We are as keen as you to get Milton back up and running as soon as possible. The safety of all of our staff is paramount and our store will remain closed until flood levels go down. In the meantime, you are welcome to order from one of our other stores.
Should you place an order for Milton, your order will be processed and available to collect from our Mansfield Location.
What happens if I can't get to Mansfield and Milton opens up?
Any orders for Milton that are at our Mansfield Store will be transferred back to Milton when it reopens. You do not need to do anything.
I already ordered at Milton. How can I collect my order?
For customers where we had stock at Mansfield, we have re-processed your order for you and you will receive an email to notify you when your order is ready to collect from Mansfield. If you would like to cancel this, collect it from another store or organise for delivery instead, please let us know.
There were some customers who we were unable to re-process their order due to insufficient stock at Mansfield. We have already contacted these customers to discuss alternatives.
I'm unable to come and collect my order from your store due to flooding. What can I do?
We understand! Simply contact our team as soon as possible and we can discuss delivery options or to hold your order for you until you are able to collect it.
